波が起こるキャンバス

侵食・風化・分解など、自然は痕跡を残しながら、対象を少しづつ、刻々と変化させていく。

「波が起こるキャンバス」は、波によって少しづつ移ろっていく砂浜でのお絵かきに着想を得た、自然の心地よさを生活に取り入れたプロダクトの可能性を提案する。

砂の上に描く触覚的な楽しさだけでなく、自らの描いたものが緩やかに変化してゆく様子を視覚的に楽しむ時間を暮らしの中に創り出すことができる。

自然の中でふとしたときに感じる、移ろいゆくさまを楽しむ体験をデザインした。

Natural phenomena such as erosion, weathering, and decomposition, gradually changes objects little by little, moment by moment. The change remains as traces.

“Rippling Canvas” is inspired by how images drawn on the shore gradually transform along with the waves. We would like to propose the comfort of nature and how it can be part of one’s daily lives.

This product creates both the tactile pleasure of drawing on the sand and enjoyment of visual transition.

We designed an experience to appreciate the gradual changes that can be perceived in nature.
